A lovely email we received from the family of their beloved Woody.

Hi

I recently lost my beloved Woody and via Cedar Vets Ringwood he came to you to be looked after.

Your service was nothing short of superb. The lady I spoke to on the telephone initially to arrange his service and buy my sacred keepsakes was amazing. She was so kind and patient whilst I blubbed away and for that I’ll be forever grateful.

Then I spoke to a lady I believe is called Heather. What service! A brilliant patient calm and kind voice was exactly what I needed - thank you so much - to both of you. Even when I had an issue with one of my pocket hearts Heather was outstanding and so kind.

I really can’t recommend your service and your staff enough, thank you so much for making such a painful experience so much easier to deal with.

If I can recommend you anywhere to anyone please send me a link or whatever as I’m more than happy to do so

We welcome feedback on our services as we are always looking at ways to look after your loved ones better.
One of the most important aspects of feedback we receive from horse owners is how gentle we were with their horse, the way we gently slid their horse onto a mat, they way we protected their beloved horse during transfer and the way we placed a pillow under their head and tucked them in with a blanket.
Its these things that matter the most to us, BECAUSE WE CARE.

Family's very kindly, often donate their pets beds and toys to us and we donate them to charity. Pictured below is a volunteer from Animals in Distress - Torbay & Westcountry collecting the donations with our lovely Laura and Heather. If anyone has any toys or bedding they would like to donate, we would be happy to pass them on for you.
