Sport Success Mindset We are specialists in getting the best out of athletes on a psychological & physical level. Jim also holds a certificate in Sports Psychology.

Our founder, Jim White, has over the past 30+years, worked with and advised many top athletes, including World, Olympic & National Championship medalists. Although he was getting good results, it wasn't until he discovered Energy Therapies that the results improved dramatically. Alongside his qualifications in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) which are at the highest level, he is also a trainer in this modality, so he really is one of the 'go to' people for those wanting to improve their success mindset. We are therapists specialising in Energy Psychology. Using this method, (mainly Emotional Freedom Technique, aka EFT or tapping) we have found that athletes are able to recover from injury and general 'lulls' in form far quicker than almost any other form of therapy. We offer a free consultation to establish whether there is a 'match' for us to work with individuals and vice-versa. We are able to offer group sessions if this would be more beneficial to teams. Telephone and Skype sessions are also available should you not be in our locality.

I have been hearing more and more about depression since we encountered the 'new' C word (Corona).

The truth is depression has been around us for generations but it's only now that it's being publicised so much.
