Something a little different
Today I met up with Steve & his lovely daughter from Mental Health Rocks … we met at Ella’s garden ( Rowcroft) as he had very kindly made rocks both for Brighter Horizons & Rowcroft, Steve will be painting more pebbles for Brighter Horizons in the New Year, please take a look at his page all his hard work helping mental health in the community .. Due to the impending storm, high winds and rain- we have decided to postpone this evenings meeting. We will be available virtually should anyone need a chat. Next week is our Christmas meal. So we will see you all in the New Year, hopefully with good health and prosperity.

Good morning! Reminder that our group restarts this evening! And back to being every Tuesday 7pm-9pm
No 10 The Beach Rooms
Marine Parade, Preston, Paignton.

Sometimes the festive period can prove really difficult. Please try to give yourself a bit of extra kindness this December, and extend that to others who may be struggling too.

We try our best to support ladies across the board with whatever may be feeling too much forthem.

Your safe, confidential and non judgmental space, remember to bring a mug for a cuppa, kettle always on, no charge.

May be of help to someone 💜

We have a volunteer available for our chat and support service this morning. Come along to The Bay Coffee Company between 9.30am & 11 if you feel you need half an hour to talk to someone over a cuppa.
We are all trained to actively listen and support you, whilst adopting a more informal approach.

We know that this time of year can be a difficult time in so many ways and we are there to listen without judgement.

Did you know between 1st and 23rd Dec we are collaborating with Middle Street Walkers to provide extra support - please follow their page for more details and to contact. Together we will be doing our best to reach out to those of you who are struggling right now.
