Self-care doesn’t have to be grand gestures or expensive treats — it’s often the small, daily actions that make the biggest difference.
Here are a few simple ideas we love at The Devon Clinic:
- Taking 10 minutes to enjoy a quiet cuppa
- Getting outside for fresh air (even if it’s just around the block)
