Aimed at clients, therapists and loved ones with mental health difficulties! Unlike some of our other seminars this one is not specific to neurodiversity but inclusive of neurodiversity.

We have changed the time of the group to 6pm to allow participants more time to get to the group from work. We have also pushed back the start date by 2 weeks so that we can include more wonderful participants in the group!
