🌸 New Class - Starting April 🌸

These classes will give you a chance to build gentle strength and flexibility through a combination of chair, wall and mat based poses.

Plenty of options are given and you are free to choose what feels best in your body, at entirely your own pace.

All classes finish with optional Reiki healing and guided pranayama (breathwork) and meditation.

🗓️ Mondays 2-3.30pm
📍 Eastern Promise, Paisley

£12.50 per class or £37.50 for all Mondays in April

Classes are kept intentionally small, and so advance booking is needed to secure your space.

Goodbye March! What a month for !

The launch of Thrive Anywhere went better than I could have expected. I’ve been really enjoying filming and editing and I’m so excited about the practices that are scheduled to go live in April and May. Thank you so much to everyone who has joined as a free or paid member, it’s growing into a beautiful community.

Another highlight was hosting the first Soul Retreat of the year alongside Debbie from . A stunning evening of yoga, sound bath, tea and chat with the most beautiful souls! Exciting plans are afoot for more events through the year at Eastern Promise - and on location 👀

I also facilitated a beautiful free community class and it was a pleasure to do a meditation, breathwork and Reiki session with Renfrewshire Women’s Aid.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me/Thrive and Belong CIC this month. It means the absolute world!

Can’t wait to see what April will bring… 🩷

✨FREE Community Programmes starting in April ✨

Across 6-weeks you will have the chance to learn movement, breathwork and meditation practices to help you learn about your nervous system and how to regulate in different scenarios.

Don't worry if you've never tried anything like this before, all welcome!

One programme will run in Johnstone and the other in Linwood. Both programmes will run on Tuesdays, starting in April.
