It was a busy Saturday morning for our community services teams.

Graham was at the Mens Health day at the Fereneze Golf Club in East Ren. 🏌️‍♀️💙
James was joined by our CEO Peter for the Glenvale No Substitute event in Ferguslie. 🤝💛
And our PV Conor hosted our weekly football group at the Power League. ⚽

What's coming up in the month of August
for the Mens group
Couple social night
Next one is the 15th August
At the Tannahill Centre from 6-9pm
We have Darts
Free Tea n coffee
Cards n Dominoes
And some good banter
So come along for a cuppa and and a chat

Then End of the month we have
Our Camping trip to the Isle of Arran
For some fresh air
I nice wee walk or two a wee spot of fishing
maybe some late night refreshments lol and great company
And theres a wee treat on this one we have secured our entry
Into Brodick Golf Club, Isle of Arran to watch the Old firm before heading home
So some lovely food and couple more refreshments for the none drivers lol

Well I just want to start by saying thank you to Paul and the other coaches at Glenvale Football Club 2015s
For help us raise awareness for su***de by running a fantastic tournament 18 teams from across the Paisley league

We would also like to thank
RAMH for attended
As well as Own yer bike
For suppling Water and fruit for the kids
Ham n Eggs for coming along with there burger van
The ice cream van
Bounce a lot for suppling two bouncy castles
And we I would also like to thank the Volunteers at the No Substitute Men's Group
