Here’s our Easter weekend timetable:

Easter Sunday at 10:00am — Restorative Yin Yoga (1 hour 30 minutes) 🕯️
A deeply calming and nourishing practice designed to help you fully slow down. Expect long-held supported postures, stillness, rest and release — perfect if your body and mind are asking for softness, space and deep relaxation.

Easter Monday at 9:30am — Pilates 🌿
A gentle but effective class to build strength, improve posture, support your core and leave you feeling stronger and more connected in your body.

Easter Monday at 6:30pm — Vinyasa Yoga ✨
A flowing breath-led practice that helps to build strength, improve flexibility and create a sense of balance and ease as you move from one posture to the next.

All classes are suitable for beginners, all classes are £10, and everybody is very welcome.

Spring Equinox 🌿✨
Tomorrow marks the Spring Equinox — a beautiful point of balance in the year, where day and night are almost equal. It reminds us of the harmony between light and dark, action and rest, effort and ease.

In yoga, this seasonal shift invites us to gently move out of winter’s slower, heavier energy and begin to awaken the body and mind for spring. It is a time to create warmth, restore balance and welcome fresh momentum.

At this time of year, it can be supportive to embrace:
✨ Breathwork for balance — try Alternate Nostril Breathing to steady and centre your energy
✨ Movement that awakens — Sun Salutations, twists and gentle heart openers to shake off stagnation
✨ Balancing postures — Tree Pose or Half Moon to reflect the equinox theme of equilibrium
✨ Fresh intention — take a moment to ask yourself what you want to grow, nurture or begin this season

Our Wednesday evening offerings are here ✨
Join us for a beautiful evening of movement, breath, rest and release in our warm and welcoming studio.

6pm — Vinyasa Yoga
A flowing class to help build strength, improve flexibility and mobility, and create space in both body and mind. Expect mindful movement linked with breath, leaving you feeling uplifted, grounded and re-energised.

7:30pm — Restorative Yin Yoga
A slower, deeply calming practice using supported postures held for longer to encourage release, relaxation and deep rest. A perfect class for easing tension, slowing down and giving yourself time to truly switch off.

Beginners are very welcome for both classes

Celebrate Mother’s Day with us for a beautiful afternoon of rest, connection and self-care at Above and Beyond Yoga.

Join us for a Mother’s Day Mini Retreat Experience at Abbey Mill Business Centre, Paisley, a special event created to help you slow down, soften and enjoy meaningful time together.

This experience begins at 12:30pm in The Hub with a light lunch served on tiered stands, including a selection of sandwiches, cakes and fruit, along with fruit-infused teas and refreshments. This is a chance to settle in, connect, and enjoy a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere before the practice begins.

Around 1:30pm guests will be invited to move down to The Cube, where Sarah will offer a lovely Temple Spa experience, while we prepare the space for the yoga and sound bath.

From 2:00pm, Lesley will guide you through a nourishing Yin Yoga practice — a slow, grounding and deeply restorative class designed to help release tension, calm the nervous system and create space in body and mind.

The afternoon will then flow into a 30-minute Sound Bath with Dan, allowing you to fully rest, reset and soak in the benefits of stillness and sound, finishing at approximately 3:30pm

Each guest will also receive a gift bag(including treats and special offers from local wellness collaborators and the studio).

This event is perfect for:

* Mums and daughters & sons

* Anyone looking to gift or receive a meaningful Mother’s Day experience
* Anyone in need of rest, nurturing and deep relaxation

No previous yoga experience is needed — this is a gentle, accessible and welcoming session.

Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath
A Journey into Deep Rest, Sound, and Stillness

Join us on Sunday 5th April for a deeply restorative afternoon of Yoga Nidra, and sound bath with Mark Russell and Dan Gronan.

The session begins with slow, gentle movement and breathwork to soothe and settle your body for relaxation. From here, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra — a practice of deep rest where the body relaxes completely, while awareness remains gently present, inviting calm, clarity, and stillness.

As you rest, Mark and Dan will weave together a rich, spacious soundscape designed to support deep relaxation. This immersive session invites you to rest, listen, and be carried by waves of sound that soothe the nervous system.

Sustained tones, drones, and subtle textures from singing bowls, chimes, and instruments like sitar and harmonium help slow the breath, release tension, and allow the mind to settle naturally into stillness.

Together we’ll create a warm, spacious atmosphere where the body remembers ease. Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and quietly reconnected, with space for integration afterwards. There is nothing to do and nowhere to go — simply rest, listen, and just be.

No experience is needed—just come as you are, lie down comfortably, and receive.

🧘‍♀️ Saturday – 10am Seasonal Flow

🌙 Sunday – 90 Minute Restorative Yin with Ally
Long, supported holds. Deep release. A chance to completely slow down and reset.

🎶 Sunday – 2pm Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath with Dan & Mark
Two hours of guided stillness and immersive sound. Float, soften, and let everything settle.
