✨ What is Restorative Yin Yoga? ✨

Restorative Yin is a deeply nourishing practice that blends the stillness of Yin Yoga with the comfort of restorative postures. Unlike dynamic styles of yoga, here we slow right down, holding gentle, supported poses for several minutes at a time.

🪷 What to expect in class:
• Cushions, bolsters, and props are used to fully support the body.
• Poses are held in stillness, allowing muscles to soften and the deeper connective tissues to gently release.
• A calming atmosphere that encourages the mind to quieten and the nervous system to reset.
• A 90-minute journey that leaves you feeling relaxed, restored, and balanced.

💤 This is the perfect mid-week or weekend reset — whether you’re looking to release tension, improve sleep, or simply take time out for yourself.

🕯️ Class times:
• Wednesday evenings 7:30pm – 9:00pm
• Sunday mornings 10:00am – 11:30am

All levels are welcome — no previous yoga experience is needed. Just bring yourself, wear something comfy, and be ready to relax.

✨ What is Classical Pilates? ✨

Classical Pilates follows the original sequence of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. The class flows from one position to the next in a set order, helping you build strength, improve posture, and develop balance and control in a structured, progressive way.

💡 If you’re new to Pilates, don’t worry! This class is beginner-friendly – we break down the positions step by step and offer plenty of options, so you can move at your own pace while still getting all the benefits.

🧘 Join Lesley every Tuesday at 6:30pm for our Classical Pilates class.

Prefer something a little more modern? We also offer Contemporary Pilates with the amazing Milly, where you’ll enjoy a creative mix of classical foundations with a fresh twist:
• Mondays at 9:30am
• Fridays at 5:30pm

✨ A Heartfelt Update ✨

In order to continue meeting the costs of running our beautiful studio here in the heart of Paisley, I’ve had to make the difficult decision to introduce a small increase in our pricing. 💛

Please know this decision hasn’t been made lightly, and I truly hope you’ll support us so that we can continue to offer a welcoming space for yoga, Pilates, and community connection.

🌿 Pricing
Single Class – £10
6 Class Plan – £50 = £8.33 per class
8 Class Plan – £65 = £8.12 per class Unlimited Classes – £75 =£18.75 a week for 12 weeks,come to all 9 classes = £2.08 per class!!
1 x 1:1 (1hr) – £40
4 x 1:1 Sessions (valid 3 months) – £140

💫 All existing subscriptions will remain at their current price until your plan expires, with the new pricing applying to all new plans purchased from today onwards.

🌿 Friday
• 7:30 am – Gentle Flow (45 mins) with Lesley: A perfect way to start your Friday with mindful movement and calm energy.

✨ Saturday – Seasonal Yoga (10:30am – 11:30am)
Start your weekend feeling grounded, energised, and in tune with the natural rhythms of the season. This 60-minute class blends flowing sequences with postures that support your body and mind as we move into the next phase of the year. You’ll leave feeling balanced, refreshed, and ready to embrace the weekend.

✨ Sunday – Restorative Yin (10:00am – 11:30am)
Give yourself the gift of deep rest. In this 90-minute session, we slow everything down, holding supported poses for longer to allow your body to fully release tension and your mind to find stillness. This is the perfect antidote to a busy week, helping you reset and restore.

What to Expect from a Classical Pilates Class

Classical Pilates follows the original sequence and principles developed by Joseph Pilates, keeping the method true to its roots. In each class, you’ll move through a precise series of exercises that target your whole body, building strength from the inside out.

The Focus
• Core Strength & Stability – Every exercise works from your powerhouse (deep abdominals, lower back, hips, and glutes).
• Alignment & Posture – Movements are designed to lengthen the spine, open the chest, and create balanced muscle tone.
• Controlled, Flowing Movements – Exercises are performed with precision and a continuous rhythm to build stamina without strain.
• Breathwork – You’ll coordinate movement with breath to improve control, oxygen flow, and body awareness.

The Class Flow
1. Warm-Up on the Mat
Gentle, focused movements to activate your core, mobilise your joints, and connect mind and body.
2. Progressive Mat Sequence
Following Joseph Pilates’ original order, adapted to your level. Each exercise flows into the next to build heat and challenge gradually.
3. Full-Body Engagement
You’ll work the front, back, and sides of your body evenly — strengthening weak muscles and lengthening tight ones.
4. Cool Down & Stretch
Slower movements and stretches to release tension, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling balanced.

Ease into movement with our Vinyasa class – a gently paced, breath-led flow designed to build strength, balance, and flexibility. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to your mat, this class will help you reconnect with your body and calm your mind. Expect mindful movement, accessible postures, and a warm welcome.

🌙 7:30 PM – Restorative Yin Yoga, 90mins
Unwind deeply in our soothing Yin class. This practice is all about slowing down and settling in – holding supported postures for longer to release tension and promote deep relaxation. It’s a perfect complement to the earlier flow or a peaceful standalone practice. A lovely way to care for your body and nervous system midweek.
