Ready to hit the "reset" button before the new week begins? Join us for 90 minutes of pure stillness and deep release.

🧘 What to Expect
This isn't your typical workout. In our Restorative Yin class, we move slow—really slow. You’ll hold floor-based postures for longer periods, using props to support your body so your muscles can completely relax. It’s about "being" rather than "doing."

Physical: Deeply stretches the connective tissues (fascia), improves joint mobility, and helps release chronic tension in the neck, back, and hips.

Join us for a nurturing and informative wellness morning created especially for women navigating menopause and perimenopause.

The event will begin with a 30-minute restorative yoga practice led by highly experienced yoga teacher Lesley Moore of Above & Beyond Yoga — a calming, supportive session designed to help you rest, reset, and reconnect with your body.

You’ll then hear from a menopause coach, who will explain what this phase of life really means, common symptoms you may experience, and practical ways to support your body and wellbeing.

Stephanie Mackay will also share her personal experience with changing her habits and nutrition, and how it supported her during menopause, offering real-life insight and encouragement.

We’ll finish with an introduction to Arbonne’s nutrition product range, including a preview of new products designed to support women through all stages of life, and perimenopause specifically.

This is a welcoming, relaxed space to learn, move gently, ask questions, and feel supported. Whether you’re curious, struggling, or simply want to prioritise your wellbeing, you’ll leave feeling informed, empowered, and cared for.

We’re delighted to share that our Chair Yoga sessions are starting back on Friday 23rd January, running 10:00am – 11:00am as a 5-week block.

What to expect

These sessions are gentle, supportive and accessible, using the chair as a prop to allow safe movement, stretching and strengthening without needing to get down onto the floor. Each class includes:

Gentle seated and supported standing movements
Simple breathing practices to support calm and focus
Mobility work for joints and muscles
Time to move at your own pace, within your range of movement

What is Classical Pilates?

“You need to be flexible to do Yoga or Pilates.” The Truth
✨ Flexibility is NOT the goal.
Yoga and Pilates are about working within your range of movement.
Every body is different – and that’s exactly how it should be.

Breath First

🌬️ The most important part of any Yoga or Pilates practice is the breath.
When we focus on breath and movement together, we begin to tune in to our bodies.
👉 Once you master this… this is where the magic happens

“What if I’m a beginner?”

My classes are designed to be suitable for beginners, while still offering depth for those with more experience.

✔️ No fast pace
✔️ Time to move and transition mindfully
✔️ Space to pause, adjust, and breathe

If you’re more experienced, you can settle a little quicker, refine your alignment, and deepen your awareness.

There is so much to consider – and that’s completely normal.

I always remind new students:
