Do you know anyone suffering, do you know anyone who needs to take that first step, it could be you, a relative, a friend or even someone you work with.
Let them know about us, let them know someone cares about them.
We’re always there for a chat.
Everyone has a story to tell, everyone has fear to take that first step but it’s helped all of us.
Please help someone take the first step, whether they want to talk or just listen we’re there as a group.

Good morning everyone don't forget Friday first race will be 7.30pm.
Tickets can be bought at the door. People who have bought I have theirs at the door also.
We have some fantastic prizes for the raffle with an amazing one donated from an old school friend also.
