Marie’s journey has been class to watch.

She came in looking for a bit more structure and confidence — and like a lot of folk, she wondered if group training would suit her age, her ability, or her fitness level.

Turns out… she was more capable than she ever gave herself credit for.

Week after week she’s surprised herself — hitting an unexpected deadlift PB in week 12, building real resilience, and proving that you’re never too old to get stronger, fitter and more confident.

One of the best things?
She trains alongside younger and older members, beginners and lifters — and fits right in. That mixed-ability atmosphere is exactly what helps people grow. Everyone supports each other, pushes each other, and lifts the mood of the whole group.

Even on the days she’s tired or unsure, she shows up — and always leaves feeling better than she arrived.

This is what SFP is all about.

What a week on the SFP Personal Training sessions! We’re back on maximum testing weeks, and EVERYONE is stronger than they thought they’d be! (Not me though, I knew they would all be strong AF at this point 😅)
