For the wee promo video for the Little Princess Trust fundraising event, Spielberg, Al Pacino and Jennifer Lawrence were busy so Briege, Alan and Carole decided to step up. We wish they hadn't.

One of our brave, and slightly daft, patients is walking 14 miles of the kilt walk for The Little Princess Trust. They specialise in providing free wigs for children and young people experiencing hair loss due to cancer or other conditions. The patient is also donating his hair.
You can get involved by guessing the time it will take him. You can win the hamper below, a pound a guess. His therapist will accepted bribes for insider info, and the bribes will be donated......

Brain the osteopath and physiotherapist has extended his clinics due to public demand. And being too busy. Mostly pickleball hamstrings weirdly enough. Always stretch before pickleball....

40 years ago was Live Aid. That was the weekend I qualified. So, using all my fingers I calculate that I have been qualified for 40 years. 40 years!
So I am winding down now. It's been full of laughs, great characters and Greggs coffee. I'm so glad to have had such a career.
