I have been a Complimentary Massage Therapist for over 25 years and have practiced in many different workplaces and for many different organizations. I now work exclusively from my home studio, offering a personally tailored approach to massage and self-care within a calm, nurturing environment. I am also a Stress Management Practitioner, Life Coach and, in the last 10 years, a Mindfulness Leader. I deliver health and well-being training sessions, covering various topics to many organizations – Glasgow Science Center, ROAR, Renfrewshire Carers, Active Communities and Glasgow Social Hub to name a few. I currently run a weekly Mindfulness and Positivity class every Monday morning in Station 7 for Active Communities and am about to launch my own classes on a Wednesday night with them. I truly love my work and believe in the genuine benefits of massage, mindfulness and positivity to improve all aspects of life and health.

Thank you so much to everyone who came along tonight for the launch of midweek mindfulness! Stopped counting at 20, but there was some more bodies! Really appreciated everyone participating- the Monday mob, people who found me on socials and friends and family, it was a lovely session and I really enjoyed meeting and sharing it with you all.
