I want to describe the woman who usually finds me.

She's not in crisis. She's not unable to function. From the outside, she looks like she's doing well.

But she's been carrying something for a long time.

She says yes when every part of her wants to say no, because the alternative feels harder than just going along. She cancels plans at the last minute because by the time the day arrives, her body vetoes it. She replays conversations hours after they've ended, editing what she should have said.

She's often tried therapy. Sometimes for years. She has insight. She has tools. She understands where a lot of it comes from.

And it's still there. Every morning. That feeling in her chest before the day has even started.

This changed everything for the women I work with, not more understanding, not more tools, but going directly to the root and changing what's driving it.

If I've just described you, I'd like to talk.

I want to close this week with something honest.

I've spent seven days sharing what I know about anxiety, why it keeps coming back, why managing it isn't the same as releasing it, what I do differently and why it works.

I do that because I believe that women who are exhausted from carrying anxiety deserve to understand what's actually happening, not just be handed another tool to cope with it.

But understanding isn't the same as change either.

So if you've been reading this week and recognising yourself, in the constant hum, in the people-pleasing, in the cancelled plans, in the years of trying and still being here, I want to invite you to one thing.

A free discovery call. 45 minutes. A real conversation about where you are and whether the Anxiety Release Protocol is the right fit.

No pressure. No hard sell. If it's right, we talk about next steps. If it's not, I'll tell you that honestly.

You've been managing for long enough. The link is in the comments.

I'd love to talk.

I want to explain something about the way I work, because I think the structure matters.

The Anxiety Release Protocol is three sessions over six weeks. And I get asked often: why three? Why that order? Why not just do the hypnosis in one go?

Here's the honest answer.

Anxiety has layers. And if you try to go straight to the root without preparing the nervous system first, it won't land the same way.

Session one uses conversational hypnosis to settle the nervous system. Most women with chronic anxiety are running on a constant low-level stress response, braced, even when nothing specific is wrong. You can't access real change from that state. Session one changes it.

Session two is RTT: Rapid Transformational Therapy. With the nervous system settled, we go directly to the root. The belief or pattern the subconscious locked onto. We find it. We transform it. Not by talking about it endlessly, by changing the meaning attached to it at source.

Session three is performance mindset coaching. Because there's always a gap between insight and action. Between knowing better and doing better. This session closes it, and rebuilds identity from someone who manages anxiety to someone who simply doesn't live there anymore.

Three sessions. Six weeks. A clear endpoint. Not indefinite management, a genuine finish line.

Three sessions. Six weeks. A clear endpoint.

Not indefinite management, actual release. The sequence exists because each session opens the door the next one needs.

I want to share something with you, with permission, and keeping everything private.

A woman came to me a few months ago. She'd been in therapy for six years. Good therapy, with a good therapist. She had insight. She understood her anxiety well. She had tools.

But she was exhausted. Because every morning she still woke up with that feeling in her chest before the day had even started. Because she was still replaying conversations. Still cancelling plans. Still performing calm she didn't feel.

She said something that's stayed with me: 'I know so much about my anxiety. I'm just so tired of it still being there.'

Here's the thing. Therapy, at its best, builds understanding and gives tools. That's genuinely valuable.

But understanding why you have anxiety and actually releasing it are two different things. Because anxiety doesn't live in the part of your mind that does the understanding.

We worked together for six weeks. Three sessions using RTT and advanced conversational hypnosis.

After session two, she messaged to say she'd had the first week in years where she hadn't woken up with that feeling in her chest.

After session three: 'I don't feel like I'm managing anymore. I feel like myself.'

Six years of managing. Six weeks of something actually changing.

If you're at that point, if you're tired of knowing about it and ready for it to go, I'd like to talk.

Worried hypnotherapy means losing control? It doesn’t. In my latest post I break down what hypnotherapy really is, how you stay aware, why it’s not stage hypnosis, and what to expect in a session. Read the full post and get the facts before you decide. https://wix.to/SuheUeJ

You might have thought about hypnotherapy but held back. Maybe you worry you’ll lose control. Or that you’ll be made to do something embarrassing. Perhaps it just doesn’t feel quite real. I want to be completely honest with you about what hypnosis actually is - and what it isn’t.Hypnotherapy...

I want to talk about the thing that stops most people looking into hypnotherapy.

The fear that you'll lose control. That you'll be made to do something embarrassing. That it's not quite… real.

Let me be completely honest about what hypnosis actually is.

The hypnosis I use is not stage hypnosis. It's not entertainment. There's no pendulum. There's no losing control. You are aware the entire time. You could open your eyes and end the session whenever you wanted.

What actually happens is this: your conscious, analytical mind, the part that overthinks everything quietens down. Think of it like the background noise in a busy room suddenly becoming still. And in that stillness, there's a direct line to your subconscious mind.

That matters, because your subconscious is where your beliefs, your patterns, your automatic responses live. It's where anxiety actually lives.

Therapy talks about these things. Hypnosis accesses them directly. That's the difference.

If you've been curious but had questions, ask me here. I'd rather you ask than wonder.

If you recognised yourself in any of those slides, you're not alone. And you don't have to keep managing.

The Anxiety Release Protocol goes to the root of what's driving it and changes it at the source.

Can I ask you something honest?

Which of these sounds most like you:

→ You say yes when you mean no, and then replay it for hours after
→ You cancel plans not because you don't want to go, but because by the time it comes around your body says no
→ You've tried therapy, apps, breathing, and anxiety still finds its way back
→ You can't remember the last time you felt like yourself

These aren't small things. These are signs that anxiety is running your life at a level deeper than most people realise, and deeper than most approaches actually reach.

I work with women who recognise themselves in every single one of those. Women who look capable and fine on the outside, and are exhausted on the inside.

Let me know in the comments, which one hits closest to home? I'd genuinely like to know.
