I have a few potential dates for some more Restorative/Yin Yoga Sessions
Saturday the 25th of October at 3pm
Thursday the 13th of November at 7pm
Thursday the 27th of November at 7pm
These dates can be used for either a 90 minute restorative session or a 75 minute yin session both sequences will be 'Autumnal Practices', to open the heart and take in new prana, embodying the earth's energy gathering inward and preparing to 'let go' for the winter , and will be priced at
Restorative Yoga - £18.50 per person
Yin Yoga - £15 per person
If the Yin or Restorative Sessions would be of interest to you, please phone, private message or email me with your preference for date and style of practice. If you would be available for more than one of the dates can you give me them in order of your preference.
If you could let me know as soon as possible that would be ideal, as places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

I’ve been working with Gua Sha stones since we launched the Age Benefit Power Peel facial last year. Everyone who tried them loved them, and I enjoyed using them so much that I made them a part of all the Gatineau PARIS Expert facials.
Now I am taking it a step further. I have booked a training course to find out a lot more about the history and the benefits of this traditional technique for releasing fascial (connective tissue) tension, draining lymph, and lifting and toning the skin.
I think I feel a new treatment offering coming your way 😉

Tools of the trade -
When it comes to a pedicure, one of the tools I consider essential is my foot file. I use disposable file pads on a stainless steel handle. Allowing me to wash and sterilise the handle between clients, and everyone gets a set of two brand new file pads for their treatment.

July Monthly Tip -
I was given this tip by a friend, who as it turned out, hadn't actually tried it herself before sharing it with me. She clearly does not have the same aversion to ironing as I do. From the moment she shared it with me, I have been putting it into use and sharing it with others every chance I get. Instead of digging the ironing board out from the back of the hall cupboard and trying to remember where you last saw the iron, in my case wherever my friend Claire left it last time she stayed over, use your hair straighteners! They are fantastic for getting in between buttons, fixing that collar that just won't sit quite right and catching just the bits of clothes that won't be hidden by whatever else you are wearing on top. I don't think my straighteners have seen this much use in all the years I've owned them!

A fantastic way to start the weekend 🙏

Well hasn't this been the fastest start to a year ever! Right up until the end of December I was happy saying not until next year, and all of a sudden the wedding was only 5, and now less than 4 months away.
Jim and I have decided to take a little honeymoon after the wedding, with Freya obviously (I think we might need it), so I will be taking almost 2 weeks off this June to allow for both.
The salon will close at the end of business on Tuesday the 10th of June and re-open on Tuesday the 24th of June 2025
Fresh Yoga's Wednesday night Vinyasa Class will also take a holiday, there will be no classes on the 11th and 18th of June
