Thank you so much for coming along to class today 💛

We gave a lot of love to your necks, upper spines and shoulders, all the places that quietly or sometimes not so quietly 🤣 hold the strain from hours at laptops, driving, and daily life.

A wee reminder that your body feels everything you do… and it also responds beautifully when you give it a bit of care back.
Hope you’re all feeling a little lighter, a little looser, and breathing a bit easier tonight ✨

Have a lovely weekend yoga tribe ❤️

Ps you have my phone number feel free to call me tomorrow or Monday and shout at me if you resemble a tyrannosauras rex 🤣🤣

Better photo now that it's dark, I'm absolutely loving the sanctuary of my bedroom ❤️😍

New leaves don’t just pop out of the ground because they feel like it. They rely on roots, soil, and a few kind rays of sunshine. Growth without support usually ends in a tumble.

Our bodies are exactly the same. Spring isn’t about forcing your spine to twist into a pretzel or sprinting back into life like a caffeinated squirrel. It’s about moving with intention, letting breath and awareness guide the stretch, and maybe wobbling a little while you find your balance.

Expansion doesn’t have to be heroic. It just has to be supported 🌿

Finally plucked up the courage yesterday to hang the wallpaper YAY!

You know the one… the “far too expensive to mess up so I’ll just stare at it for 2 months” wallpaper that i keep saying oh I'll do that next weekend 🫣🤣

And honestly?

It felt a bit like getting onto the mat some days.

The overthinking.
The “what if I do it wrong?”
The waiting for the perfect moment that never actually arrives.
But here’s the thing yoga keeps teaching me (again and again and again)…
You don’t need perfect conditions.
You just need to begin.
One moment at a time.
One breath at a time.
A wee bit of courage… and a willingness to wobble.

And would you believe…
My wallpaper isn't a perfect job, thankfully the messed up bit is hidden by the wardrobe 🫣🤣
But it’s done 🙌

Same goes for your practice.
Same goes for your sleep.
Same goes for pretty much everything worth doing.
Stop waiting.
Start where you are.

Now… who’s got wallpaper paste in their hair or is that just me? 🥴🤣

Spring is less about marching forward and more about peeking under the leaves. What’s moving? What wants to stretch? What still wants to nap under a blanket?

We tend to ask, “What should I be doing?” Spring asks something different: “What feels fun, curious, or even a little ridiculous today?”

In Seasonal Yoga, we follow that nudge. Sometimes curiosity takes the lead, sometimes the body wants a pause. There’s no wrong answer, just a trail of breadcrumbs toward yourself. 🤍

Just hoping the next trend isn’t another “hack” to fix yourself…

but a quiet return to slowing down, tuning in, and actually feeling what’s going on.

Less noise.
More noticing.
A wee bit more kindnes, to yourself and everyone else.

Because the truth is, your nervous system doesn’t need another quick fix.

It needs safety. It needs softness. It needs space to settle.

And maybe the most radical thing you can do right now…
is pause before you react, listen before you speak, and admit when you don’t know.

Turns out the real glow up isn’t louder or busier...

it’s calmer, kinder, and a whole lot more aware 🧘‍♀️✨ well I hope so anyway ❤️

Newly decorated bedroom (remains unfinished 🤣) to again be my sanctuary and happy place 🩵💙 and in pride of place a beautiful watercolour by my amazingly talented friend Kalina aka

I believe we all need a place of sanctuary were we can completely relax and get a good night sleep.

It's never too late to change your life for the better!

Spring doesn’t come in with a drum roll. It tiptoes in wearing mismatched socks, a coat that’s still too heavy, and a hint of daffodil scent in the air.

Energy trickles back into the body in the same sneaky, delightful way. Some mornings you wake up buzzing like a newly hatched bumblebee, other days you’re still carrying the winter fluff in your bones. And that’s fine.

There’s no hurry. Gentle beginnings are still beginnings. Tiny sprouts matter just as much as towering oaks. And your body knows this if you let it. 🌱
