I honestly never thought I'd enjoy pole fitness but thought I'd give it a wee go.

And i absolutely love it, under the amazing tutelage of Siobhan I managed to do this just after a few weeks of going to classes 🥰

I think my point is, I started pole at the grand old age of 51, you're never too old to try something new. I can't help but think that trying new things has to be amazing for my body and my brain 🥰

I had several hours of digital detox which was amazing but couldn't resist some photos before I left!
