A black belt second dan in tae kwon do, boxing enthusiast (Ricky Hatton course), and a qualified nutritionist, Kirsty completed the 3 peaks challenge in 2022 in under 24 hours. Her decade in client training and belief in loving her work highlight a shared commitment to improving lives through fitness. She will be walking on the treadmill for a straight 24 hours starting at 11am Saturday morning and finishing at 11am Sunday morning.

There will be various activities and different opportunities to win some good prizes!

I will also personally put some classes on throughout the day that will hopefully keep Suzzane motivated and mentally engaged. All the money raises from@activities and classes will go to brain tumour research

⚖️ 30kg DOWN ⬇️

🗣️ Years of coaching and Fraser knowing what he needs to and should do through our coaching together but he just wasn’t ready. It was a constant battle between me and the haribo 🤭

⭐ However here we are, well educated, finally changed his nutrition approach 👏🏽 and look… look what he’s delivered!

🤯 A constant fluctuation of shift work didn’t help but it’s not impossible. There isn’t 1 rule that fits all, everyone’s daily life/work life/routine is different. We need to find what works for you.

Extremely proud of you Fraser Wright now let’s work on getting stronggggg 💪🏽
