A black belt second dan in tae kwon do, boxing enthusiast (Ricky Hatton course), and a qualified nutritionist, Kirsty completed the 3 peaks challenge in 2022 in under 24 hours. Her decade in client training and belief in loving her work highlight a shared commitment to improving lives through fitness. That’s just 3.22km a day — totally achievable 💪

The goal?
👉 Daily movement
👉 Consistency over perfection

🚶‍♂️ Not a runner? No problem!
You can WALK instead 👏

🚶 124K WALKING CHALLENGE
That’s 4km a day — still very doable ✨

⏳ Busy day? Work? Event? Feeling unwell?
You can bank your distance and catch up later — but where possible, let’s keep moving daily 🧠💛

Sometimes words aren’t needed… the pictures really do speak for themselves 😍

Still the same cheeky Zoe though 😂
(The kind who walks on a treadmill, pulls the cord out 1km in and says “why am I doing this when I could be on the couch?” 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣)

I hope you all had a fabulous Christmas yesterday and most importantly spent time with family and friends that mean the most to you ❤️

Now the “boring stuff” Remember this isn’t a 2 week self sabotage process 😔

Eat the cake, load your plate with goose fat roast potatoes and drown yourself in wine… but don’t continuously self sabotage.

✨ the goal posts haven’t changed, they are firmly in place
✨ your current actions will determine your future progress
✨ if you want results you must repeat the “boring graft” that provides results
✨ progress is made through the hundreds of choices you make when no one is watching, choose wisely
✨motivation isn’t always on top form, but still showing up on repeat keeps you in the winning lane. Don’t give up just because “your tired” or “motivation isn’t there” . Stay focused regardless of the feeling, hit REPEAT and get it done

STAY

🔥 confident
🔥 committed
🔥 disciplined

Remember your results are a true reflection of your choices, if your outcome isn’t what you wanted or you aren’t were you want to be, don’t complain you made the choices 🫡💪🏽
