February is World Macula Month — and your retina’s central star (the macula!) deserves a standing ovation 👏

It’s responsible for your HD vision — reading, recognising faces, spotting typos in texts from your ex.
But AMD (Age-related Macular Degeneration) is one of the leading causes of blindness — and it loves bad habits.
