Absolutely delighted with our new kit installation, massive thanks to Craig at . Give the studio a much more spacious feel and will allow more members into our small group training 😃. We now all our cardio equipment in one corner of the room, need to come up with a name for that corner 😂🙈

We have a couple of spaces become available on one of our popular small group training blocks. The sessions are on Mondays and Thursdays at 5.30pm and will run for 7 weeks starting on Monday 17th January. Only 4 people in each group - £140. Please get in touch to book or for more info
