Big shout out to Mark and his partner Lisa who have been on a crazy journey over the last year.

Mark underwent brain surgery in May where he had a golf ball sized tumour removed from his brain while he was awake.

His recovery since has been incredible. Honestly if you met him you'd be none the wiser to what he's been through and that's totally down to his strength and positivity 👏

Also, shout out to the NHS for doing such a great job of removing so much of the tumour while retaining Mark's essential brain functions 👏
