Aaaaaand relax 😌

This is one of the techniques I use for ASMR massage. Slow brushing of the hair with different tools.

It moves out of “stress mode” and into relaxation — lowering anxiety, slowing your heart rate, and helping your body unwind.

And third… there’s a comfort factor.
Hair brushing mimics nurturing, care, and attention — something we naturally associate with safety and calm.

That’s why it feels so satisfying…
