Sound familiar?

Something feels off, you go to the GP, tests come back fine and you're told to eat less and move more (like you haven't tried that already), and you leave feeling confused and completely unsupported and actually worse than before

well that's not what we do in Nourish & Flourish

It's the small things which make a huge difference, like understanding what's actually happening in your body, having people around you who get it and are going through the same thing. And of course, a wee bit of reassurance that you are not losing the plot

Noemi finished feeling in control of her symptoms, knowing her options, knowing what to say at her next GP appointment..

That's what I want for you

And I'd tell you it's brilliant myself but I made it, so you probably shouldn't trust me on that. But you can trust Noemi

If this feels all too familiar, come and join us. 12 weeks. 5 experts. A growing community of women going through exactly the same thing

I was never the 'skinny one', that was my sister.

I was always bigger, broader and I spent most of my teenage years and twenties trying to fix that, hello cabbage soup diet and boiled egg plan 🤢 i tried every trend going and all i ever got was starving and back where I started.

Then at 19 my periods vanished for 18 months and I got diagnosed with PCOS. Which came with its own cruel twist (weight gain makes PCOS worse, and PCOS makes weight harder to manage). Great.

Eventually I made peace with it. Decided I wasn't going to spend the rest of my life chasing a size I was never meant to be. My body had a natural set point and I chose to work with it instead of against it.

Twenty-five years as a dietitian later, perimenopause arrived when I was 40. And despite everything I know, I still gained the menopause 10

I reminded myself of the same thing I tell clients your worth isn't defined by your weight.

Whatever stage you're at - peri, post, or somehwere in between - you deserve to thrive, not just survive. Our female bodies are driven by hormones, emotion, biology, and life experience. Weight is not a measure of effort, health, or worth. Sometimes progress looks like sleeping better or having more energy orr just feeling like yourself again.

What symptom do you wish someone had warned you about? ###

Most women I work with feel like this, before they understand what’s actually going on

Inside Nourish & Flourish, we don’t just look at food

we look at:
- your energy
- your stress
- your routines
- your nervous system

so you can feel calmer, more in control, and more like yourself again

Joy is a often overlooked emotion.
We can often get stuck in the mundane of life we can forget to honour our basic needs.

Joy can be in basic things like the blossom 🌸 on trees, a chat with someone, reading a book 📖.

For me it was going line dancing 💃 with my mum.

It’s important to fill our bucket 🪣 with small bits of joy to help balance ourselves

Hi everyone—I’m working on a project around GLP-1 medications (like Mounjaro), and a student is supporting me with this.

We’re looking for people who’d be open to a short (10–15 min), informal chat about their experiences or thoughts. We are looking for people who have had experience using GLP1 medication or people who are interested in trying them.

It would be completely confidential. Please message me if you're interested—happy to answer any questions.
