Let’s talk about medical menopause support.
Because for many of us, it’s not just about healthy food and movement, it’s also about giving our bodies the medical and hormonal support they need.

Here’s what I currently take as part of my menopause plan:
✨Estradiol patches - to support oestrogen levels
✨ Progesterone tablets - taken for 12 days each month before bed
✨ Estradiol vaginal cream - to support moisture and comfort
✨A beautiful adrenal + hormone-balancing blend from - to support my liver, cortisol, and overall balance

Yep… vaginal dryness is a thing in perimenopause and menopause and you’re definitely not the only one dealing with it.
But it’s not something we’re told about until it’s already messing with our comfort, confidence, and even intimacy.

Lower oestrogen levels can lead to dryness, itching, irritation, and pain during s*x but here’s the good news: there are simple, effective ways to feel better.

Here are 3 things that can really help:
👉 Staying hydrated + eating more Omega-3s (hello flaxseed, walnuts, salmon)
👉 Gentle daily movement to improve blood flow
👉 Local oestrogen treatments - safe, targeted, and often life-changing. Talk to your GP!

✨ Vaginal health is health, and you deserve to feel good in your body at every stage.
