😱Bruising after IASTM (aka blading/scraping)

Note; Some people may bruise more than others and it may occur, how ever that is not the intention of IASTM/blading!

🤔The intentions of blading: To remove any scar tissue surrounding the muscle as well as increasing range of movement, quality of movement and decreasing the sense of “tightness”

The picture on the left is how a clients bruising should appear if they experience any bruising, rather than the picture on the right having too much trauma to the areas!

I’m writing this stat just to make notice to clients or any potential New clients, I would like to put out a reminder that if I have scheduled you in for a specific time, that you show up ON that time, if you show up 10-30mins before hand, does NOT garuntee that you will be treated any sooner!

If you would rather be treated sooner please get in touch and I can possibly re-arrange (depending on schedule) WITHIN 24hours as I am a little far from Paisley 😊

Also guys, if you’re late it is NOT garunteed that your treatment time will be extended, as I may have clients after your treatment and you WILL be expected to pay full amount!

Your treatment will ONLY be extended if I have no one booked in after you!

🌿Since I have grown in followers/clients, I’m wanting to do another introduction of who I am and what I do here at Recovery Massage!

My name is Lucy, I am a HND certified Sports therapist, specialising in helping those who have postural imbalances/pain whether that may be from line of work/sport/posture!💆🏻‍♀️

🏋️‍♀️Do you have to be an athlete or in a sport to have a treatment? No, not at all you can still have similar pain/issues from other factors and still get a treatment!

✅My experience:
I have been a professional massage therapist for over a year from working with professional athletes/celebrities to working with the general public all of which have had the same standard of treatment!

I have worked more on the general public due to the wide range of issues that clients present, I have had great results from treating clients with conditions such as sciatic pain, which I have either completely gotten rid of or minimised by a sufficient amount to help those life a happier life pain free!
