✨ Now that we are finally getting the hang of this social media world ( a long way to go yet 🙃) Its time we introduce myself

✨ My name is Kirsty 👋 1 half of the best duo in the industry (came from our clients not us 🫶

✨ Anyone that knows me knows this social media world isn't me. I feel like a dinosaur. When we first started using the internet it connected to your house phone line, created a dialling tone and nobody could get through on your house phone 😔

✨ I have been in the industry for 11 years, fully qualified in sports and also a fully qualified nutrionist

✨ My background and passion for sport comes from martial arts and swimming. I am a Black belt second Dan in Tae Kwon Do and had the opportunity to swim for the Scotland team. Martial arts has been my passion for literally almost my entire life

✨ I am frighteningly mentally tough 🤯

✨ Running isn't my bag but it doesn't mean I don't do it. I just have to work incredibly hard at it. I won't ever be a runner, i don't enjoy it enough but I won't ever stop trying

✨ For my sins I have decided to back again and learn 📚. This year I have enrolled on to a menopause course.
