Yoga With Lisa

Have you always wanted to try Yoga? I studied a 500 hour programme over 3 years, so you are in safe hands. I am also antenatal yoga qualified.

* provides a sense of calm Would you like to experience the benefits that yoga has to offer including feeling calmer, more relaxed as well as being more supple and flexible? I am British Wheel of Yoga teacher and teach yoga to beginners, people new to the practise and those returning after a break.
