Let’s talk real for a second…

Anxiety is your system trying to keep you safe.
It’s your body’s built-in alarm, reminding you to watch out, prepare, survive.
It’s not the enemy but when it gets stuck or becomes too loud, that’s when it drains us.
From a Reiki perspective, anxiety is a signal.
It’s energy that needs movement, grounding, and release.
When it builds up without a channel, it becomes overwhelming.
💫 Energy Needs to Move
Everything in the universe is energy.
Your thoughts, your money, your health, your emotions, all energy in motion.
When energy gets blocked (mentally, emotionally, physically), anxiety grows.
That’s why staying stuck whether in fear, thought loops, or systems like long-term benefits makes it worse.
Humans aren’t meant to sit still and spiral.
We’re meant to move, create, connect, and grow.

Move your body, even a short walk or stretch clears energetic stagnation.
Breathe deeply, slow, conscious breath resets your nervous system.
Do something purposeful even small actions help energy flow outward.
Switch off the news sometimes, your energy field needs rest, not constant threat alerts.
Get support, through Reiki, connection, or community. Energy exchange is healing.
💸 Money is Energy Too
If money stress is eating at you, remember:
Money is energy.
It’s meant to flow not be feared or frozen.
