As a small business, Google reviews help me to help more people.

If you are a regular or recent client, I would really appreciate it if you would leave me a Google Review via the link below to give other people an idea of how they might benefit from the touch therapies that I provide.

It could also give me a better understanding of what my clients get out of the treatments and what they most value about an appointment, so that I can build on that.

Having stayed with friends Ben and Shaun Du Bernard in the Pyrenees last month in the gites that they have out there, I can highly recommend the experience!

It was the perfect base for walking, cycling, yoga and chilling. I just loved the wooded hillsides, valleys filled with flowering meadows, the abundant insect and bird life, seeing lizards basking on warm walls and of course the ever-changing views of the mountains, which I cannot do justice to in words!

In qigong class this month we have started working with the energy of autumn and so the element metal.

The lungs and large intestines are the paired internal organs that fall within the metal element and represent energy meeting.

They are associated with the corporeal soul and our ability to take in and to let go.

Harmony in this element leads to optimism and a childlike ability to live in the moment, disharmony to grief.

Lung energy can be rebalanced by integrity and dignity.

Formula Health has moved!

We are still in Pangbourne, but now above the Pangbourne Masonic Centre at 27 Shooters Hill RG8 7DZ.

We have 10 parking bays to the rear of the property where you will also find the entrance.
