I'm very excited to announce that I am now offering face to face sessions at Middleway Complementary Therapies.

Hi I'm Jodie, welcome to Inner Peace Therapy. I’m a fully qualified and experienced Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Sometimes life can become difficult and overwhelming, or it can feel like something needs to change and you are finding it difficult to deal with things by yourself. Therapy gives you a space to talk about your experiences with someone who is impartial and has no judgements about you or your life. I can offer you a calm space in which to do this and will welcome you with warmth and understanding.

Sessions cost £50 for 50 minutes and are available face to face at Middleway Complementary Therapies, online or over the phone. Sessions can be booked at https://jodieinnerpeacetherapy.setmore.com
