✨️ I was thinking of doing a Wednesday wondering, but this sums up my thoughts perfectly.. I don't know about you but I feel the world needs more love. I've thought this for many years but recently it's become more so.. its time to show more love, peace and kindness to try and overcome what feels like a darkness shadowing our world. There is much beauty and goodness to see, so I'm making it a purpose of this page to spread this... 🤗💖

"Love is the strongest force in the universe. We must keep walking in the direction of love, no matter what we hear and see around us. No matter our human failures. No matter what happens, or appears to happen. And if we are thankful for that love, the power magnifies. Love is not bound by religion, belief system, or man-made laws. Our human minds cannot comprehend the immensity of it. We are lit by it, or we would not be here. We are all in this together." ~Joy Harjo
“If you want peace, you don't talk to your friends. You talk to your enemies.” -Desmond Tutu
"If we want to reap the harvest of peace and justice in the future, we will have to sow seeds of nonviolence here and now, in the present." – Mairead Maguire.

“Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that.” ~Martin Luther King, Jr.
“It is love alone that leads to right action. What brings order in the world is to love and let love do what it will.” ~Jiddu Krishnamurti
"I am weary of them that hate peace." —Jemima Wilkinson (1752-1819)
"We could have peace in one year if women were organized." —Jeannette Rankin (1880-1973), American politician, suffragist, pacifist.
“True love is boundless like the ocean and, swelling within one, spreads itself out and, crossing all boundaries and frontiers, envelops the whole world.” ~Mahatma Gandhi
"This I know. This I believe with all my heart. If we want a free and peaceful world, if we want to make the deserts bloom and man grow to greater dignity as a human being -- we can do it!" - Eleanor Roosevelt, Tomorrow is Now (1963).
"Listening is a very deep practice. You have to leave space in order to listen. Especially to people we think are our enemies.. When we have shown our capacity for listening and understanding, the other person will begin to listen to you.. This is the practice of peace." ~Thich Nhat Hanh

"Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God." - John 15:13 KJV
"Humanity is still far from that stage of maturity needed for the realizations of its aspiration, for the construction, that is, of a harmonious and peaceful society and the elimination of wars. Men are not yet ready to shape their own destinies, to control and direct world events, of which -- instead -- they become the victims."
— Maria Montessori (1870-1952)
“There is only one radical means of sanctifying human lives. Not armored plating, or tanks, or planes, or concrete fortifications. The one radical solution is peace.” ~Yitzhak Rabin, Nobel Prize lecture, December 10, 1994
