✨ The Stages of Pregnancy ✨
Pregnancy is a beautiful, ever-changing journey — and knowing what’s happening at each stage can help you feel more prepared and empowered. Here’s a quick guide through the trimesters:
🤰 FIRST TRIMESTER (Weeks 1–12)
Baby’s major organs and heartbeat are forming.
Common symptoms: fatigue, nausea, tender breasts, mood swings.
Your body is working incredibly hard behind the scenes!
💡 Tip: Eat small, frequent meals, stay hydrated, and rest when you can.
🌸 SECOND TRIMESTER (Weeks 13–27)
Often called the “golden trimester” — You may feel a boost in energy here.
Baby begins to move (hello, flutters!) and facial features develop.
You may notice a growing bump, glowing skin, and possibly some back aches.
💡 Tip: Gentle exercise, supportive clothing, and a nutrient-rich diet can help you feel your best.
🌟 THIRD TRIMESTER (Weeks 28–40)
Baby is gaining weight, practicing breathing, and preparing for birth.
Common symptoms: heartburn, swelling, difficulty sleeping, Braxton Hicks contractions.
It’s time to prepare your birth plan, pack your hospital bag, and rest as much as possible.
💡 Tip: Practice relaxation techniques, lean on your support system, and trust your body’s wisdom. It's almost time to meet your baby 🥰
🌿 Every stage has its challenges and joys — and each brings you closer to meeting your little one.
Remember: No two pregnancies are the same. Listen to your body, ask for support, and know that you are doing an amazing job. 💛
