Looking for a second job or a part time position?

As Heather Care expands, we are looking to add another member to our team in the role of Support Worker.

This is a part time position with a minimum of 12 hours per week. You will be working 3-4 early evenings per week and every Saturday afternoon.

Applicants MUST hold a valid UK drivers license and have access to their own car.

**Please do not apply for this role, if you are unable to work every Saturday Afternoon.

Heather Care has an Exciting New Job opportunity to share with you!

We are looking for a Support Worker/Office Coordinator team member to work in both our office based in Partington and within the community across Trafford, supporting clients with mild learning difficulties and dementia.

Requirements:

• Experience within CQC guidelines with understanding of compliance procedures.
• Strong organisational skills.
• A driver’s license and own vehicle with business insurance.
• Working every other weekend at a premium rate (£15.16).
• Minimum of 20 hours p/w, split between office and community.
• Enhanced DBS.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Do you consider yourself to be a trust worthy, caring and attentive individual with great people skills? If so, our role availability may be just the thing for you!

Requirements:
* No experience needed.
* Enhanced adult DBS required.
* A drivers license and own vehicle with business insurance.
* Reliable, patient and professional individual.
* Working every other weekend at a premium rate.

Role Responsibilities:
* Assisting clients with personal care.
* Ability to follow a healthcare plan.
* Ensuring the clients home is organised according to the clients needs.
* Transporting or escorting clients to medical or other appointments.
* Monitoring and reporting any changes in behaviour, health and needs.
* Understands the importance of caring for vulnerable clients.

Benefits
* Salary: from £11.44 p/h Mon- Fri (increasing to £12.21 April 2025). Premium rate at weekends.
* Mileage paid (in between clients).
* Premium rate on Bank Holidays.
