The best way to get something done is to just start it.

When we put something off & then spend days, weeks, months thinking about, it guess what happens?
We create a monster in our heads, the simple act of just starting gets buried in excuses, self doubt & fear of failure.

Our brains are wired for safety, our brains like doing the same as we did yesterday because we survived yesterday.
This is great from a survival standpoint, but not so great when making a change.

The solution, just do it, start & see what happens.

Whilst losing weight can improve health... how we go about it matters a lot!
Nutrient deficiencies are a big risk, some nutrients have more impact than others.
🔥Hormones can be negatively impacted.
🔥Immunity can be impaired.
🔥Low energy levels...
the list goes on...
🔥Then there's our mental health to consider too.
All for what?
To be 2lb lighter on the scale... that nobody aside from us will notice or care about anyway. 🤷🏽
There are loads of ways to improve our health without ever jumping on the scales.
Get healthy, not lighter.

You will give a lot of thought to where you do your shopping.
You will give a lot of thought to how you spend money.

But you won't give much thought to how much you drink, eat & move.
