Frenchay Walking Football Group is a Safer Way to Move
If fear of injury is holding you back, walking football could be the perfect way to ease back into movement. There’s no running, no contact, and everything happens at a controlled, gentle pace. Open to all adults aged 18 to 85, walking football focuses on balance, coordination, and confidence - with warm-ups and support built in.
Walking aids are welcome, and you can go at a speed that feels right for you. It’s fun, social, and a safer way to stay active without pushing beyond your limits.
We play every Monday from 9:30 to 10:30.
