Today’s spotlight is on the beautiful crystal: 𝘾𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙯

This crystal is well known as ‘The Master Healer’ and works very well for all types of healing. All types of quartz can help to relieve stress, frustration and anxiety

Clear quartz cleanses the aura and can help to open you up to your spirit guides and angels. It’s a great crystal to use in meditation as it resonates with the higher chakras and divine, white light promoting clarity, receptiveness and acceptance ✨️

Physically this crystal can help to relieve pain, reduce blood pressure, ease headaches and dizziness and is good to use for overall wellbeing. It can actually aid in weight loss by boosting the metabolism

It is thought to be an amplifier and when used along side another crystal, can amplify the qualities of both crystals however caution must be used as crystals that soak up negativity near a clear quartz, can also be amplified creating that negative energy to build up in the surrounding area 💕

Today is a rest & relax day for me as I was on a ghost hunt last night and didn't get home till 2am. Gosh, those days are well and truly behind me 🤣

So the sunflowers mate did come out & it's so pretty! ✨️💕

It's a completely different sunflower and a cute little bee paid a visit

The 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙙 𝙚𝙮𝙚 chakra is the sixth of the seven main chakras that run up your spine
from the lower back to the top of your head and is located in-between and slightly
above the eyebrows

The third eye chakra is a beautiful purple colour and is the source of our spiritual
insight, intuition and is the gateway to higher consciousness 💜

This chakra is beyond the physical world. It functions to reveal your highest truth and
leads you to trust in yourself. It provides you with the ability to see the context in
situations and help to develop emotional intelligence

When this chakra is balanced and in alignment, you have clarity and awareness
that can provide you with insight into your past, present and future ✨️

If this chakra is out of alignment, it can leave us narrow-minded and unable to make
decisions because of a lack of clarity. You may ignore what is in plain sight and be
unable to focus on your goal. You may also appear confused without realising it
yourself

Today we look into the beauty of the 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗯𝗶𝗿𝗱, a majestic and spiritual bird that symbolizes a multitude of spiritual meanings

This bird is often seen as a messenger of hope reminding us to embrace lightness
and find joy in life’s simple pleasures

Hummingbirds also represent endurance,
reminding us to persevere through challenging times

Their vibrant colours and swift movements inspire a sense of joy and encourage us to
appreciate being in the present moment 🌈

Their ability to fly long distances and
survive in diverse environments signifies strength and the capacity to overcome
obstacles

Hummingbirds are incredibly adaptable and their presence can be a reminder to
embrace change and approach life’s challenges with flexibility

They are seen as a symbol of love and affection cherishing relationships and
allowing one to express their feelings 💕

The hummingbird invites you to eliminate all negative thoughts from your mind by
letting the light in and enjoying the beauty of the present moment

In many spiritual traditions, the hummingbird is seen as a symbol of healing. Its visit is
generally seen as a positive sign, bringing the potential for recovery, both physical
and mental. This belief is based on the idea that the hummingbird’s delicate,

Even if this little bird as the rare ability to fly backwards, don’t look back at the
mistakes of the past and move forward on your many dreams and opportunities

✨️ 𝙇𝙖𝙬 𝙤𝙛 𝘼𝙩𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 ✨️

The Law of Attraction is a philosophy suggesting that positive thoughts bring positive outcomes, while negative thoughts attract negative experiences

The concept is that a person's thoughts and beliefs, whether conscious or subconscious, can influence their reality by attracting corresponding situations, events, and relationships

This belief system is often associated with the idea that "like attracts like," meaning that positive energy attracts positive outcomes, and vice versa 🥰

The central idea is that your thoughts and feelings emit a certain "vibration" or energy, and the universe responds by attracting things that match that vibration

Advocates of the Law of Attraction believe that by focusing on positive thoughts, feelings, and desires, one can attract positive experiences, opportunities, and outcomes into their life

People use techniques like visualization, affirmations, and gratitude practices to align their thoughts and feelings with their desired outcomes, aiming to attract what they want into their lives

Conversely, dwelling on negative thoughts and feelings is believed to attract negative experiences and circumstances however I do feel this can be quite a big misconception....one negative thought does not mean the end all and you will then attract negativity and I think this is very important to remember 💕

We can get too consumed with the idea that if we are not always positive we will attract negative situations, beings and experiences to our vibration but we must learn not to get too invested and hung up on every flaw or fear

Your kindness, your love and your light will always outshine those negative thoughts and feelings

Good Morning & Happy Monday 🥰

It's a bank holiday here in the UK which means most people are off work. I unfortunately am working the day job today

Check out this beautiful sunflower that has finally grown in my garden 🙌

We have tried to grow them before which has not worked out and the last bunch of seeds something decided to eat them leaving just 2 left

Hopefully his mate next to him will open up soon as well 🤞
