I know personally what’s been my life line during postpartum has been other MAMAS , connecting , supporting and being honest about the highs and lows

This support group will look at alternative discussion points on each week focusing on growth , empowerment and claiming this sacred passage of motherhood. see the slides below for more info .

It’s easy to become disconnected whether it’s through life transitions , raising children , caring for relatives, working or other things entirely …

And it’s okay that this happens but it’s nice to know you can reconnect , with your breath , with your body and the part of you that lies underneath it all 🫶

Having a yoga practice has been a ritual in my life for years alongside teaching and it has seen me through many challenging seasons

It goes way beyond the fantastic physical benefits (which are amazing ) but it’s this connection to self , this feeling of grounding and having a safe space to rest in and just be that keeps me coming back for more every time .
