"Come on in; the water's lovely! 💦 Thanks to these three bathing beauties for allowing me to photograph them in action at my Aqua Arthritis Class at Sinclairs Swimming Pool in Peacehaven. The water is warm, heated to 86F/28C, making it ideal for individuals with musculoskeletal disorders seeking a gentler workout.
We still have 3 spots available for Thursday morning, 9:50-10:30am.
