If other people drink, that’s up to them. You’re only accountable for your own actions. If you’re not ok with people drinking around you, don’t go somewhere that drink will be. If you feel strong enough that you’ll be ok around it then explain to others that you’re not drinking but you don’t mind them drinking. No one should be judging anyone and you can only control what you do 🥰

If someone tries to force you to drink after you have told them you’re not drinking, they are not a friend. Make sure you have your backup plans and exit ready incase you do become uncomfortable. Keep your drinks in hand and turn down drinks from others to stay safe. Stay with people you trust to avoid the likelihood of this happening ❤️
