Chiropractic is a health care profession which specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions that are due to mechanical dysfunction of the joints and the resulting effect on body and the related nerves. By aligning joints, chiropractors stimulate the proprioceptors – your body’s position sensors, which provide feedback to the brain on where the joint is in relation to the rest of the body. Chiropractic care is most often associated with spinal adjustment; our focus is the spine because it contains the spinal cord. This is where the peripheral nerves enter/exit your central nervous system, communicating with your Power House, your BRAIN. Please sign to save the leisure pool in Eastbourne. Several of our clients use this facility and it is invaluable to their health and wellbeing. It is the only pool in the area with good disability access (without having to use a hoist). It's also so great for young families. Please do share too

Dear all, please share and contribute if you can. My dear friend is missing at sea and his family need to bring him home. A truly wonderful man who so many hold dear in their hearts, he had a huge impact on my life and on all you guys, my clients, without you even knowing it. He was my Chiropractic mentor and friend and mountain biking buddy! Let's bring Steve home.

We are back! Social media is not my strength, but thought I would update you on upcoming clinic news!

👍4th July, Uyi will be at Newhaven Bowls, offering free spinal screens and postural advice.

👍13th July Rachel and Karen will be at the Climate Crisis event at the Big Park in Peacehaven. Helping people with anxiety surrounding the climate, our mental state can impact our physical body. We will be there to help guide you on what to do to help your body relax.

Expect to meet Pink my 1 year old Lab as well! She is more than happy to have cuddles to help with your wellbeing!
