Chiropractic care is most often associated with spinal adjustment; our focus is the spine because it contains the spinal cord. This is where the peripheral nerves enter/exit your central nervous system, communicating with your Power House, your BRAIN. It's December… which means Christmas is officially here! 🎅🎄

Our Christmas Hamper is back in clinic, and everyone with a Chiropractic or Massage appointment booked before Friday 19th December will be automatically entered into the draw.

The lucky winner will be announced on the 19th—the last day before we close for the festive break!

We’re open as normal until the 19th December, and then we’ll be taking a well-deserved two-week rest.

Please sign to save the leisure pool in Eastbourne. Several of our clients use this facility and it is invaluable to their health and wellbeing. It is the only pool in the area with good disability access (without having to use a hoist). It's also so great for young families. Please do share too
