Years ago I started moving on the mat to find something in myself that I needed…I didn’t make sense of this at the time…

Yes I gained more freedom in my body, yes I got physically stronger but more than anything I started to feel self belief and worth! This filled my heart and has been my ally and so much more ever since…

Social media is the new playground - but not always a safe one. Teens are exposed daily to harmful content, endless comparisons and a culture of constant “performance.”

No school can turn off TikTok, but we can teach young people tools to protect themselves from its impact.

Yoga helps cultivate awareness and resilience. When teens practice presence and self-acceptance, they learn that their worth isn’t measured in likes or comments. They can return to a place of calm, offline, in their own bodies.
