Join our Feeding for Mothers Workshop! Our Midwife and Lactation Consultant, Charlotte Mills, will discuss everything 'Feeding' with you, including expressing, latch, flow, mixed feeding, tongue tie and burping. Charlotte will be facilitating this Workshop alongside our MummyMoon founder Emily, who will be supporting you to look at the emotional connection feeding brings between you and your baby, the social pressures to feed in a certain way and how to decide what feeding journey is best for you and your baby.

We're taking a moment this Friday afternoon to say a huge thank you to the mothers who attended our workshop series over the last six weeks - thank you for your honesty, your openness, and for embracing all that our maternity professionals had to offer you and your little ones!

We can't wait to see some new faces in November. Dates are yet to be confirmed, but we'll be running four sessions that can be booked individually or as a block of four, focusing on mother's physical health, feeding, sleep, and mother's mental health.

Introducing Kate Francis, our MummyMoon postnatal yoga teacher and baby massage instructor! 🧘🏼‍♀️

Kate is a lifelong yoga student and teaches regularly at LEVELSIX Peckham. Having completed her 200hr yoga teacher training, Kate also qualified to teach children and teen's yoga, pregnancy and postnatal yoga, baby massage, AND perimenopause and menopause yoga.

In our last MummyMoon workshop of the series, this Wednesday from 10am-12noon, Kate will be leading us through an upbeat and relaxed postnatal yoga class - followed by a calming baby massage session and delicious lunch in the LEVELSIX kitchen.
