We offer counselling, cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, couples and relationship counselling, EMDR therapy and coaching to individuals and couples. Emily is a counselling psychologist who works with adults and couples with a wide range of issues. She has a particular interest in working with trauma, abuse, interpersonal difficulties and perinatal mental health.
