What to expect at Unwind 🌿 (please follow at Breathe Yoga with Jo for all the details ♡)
⋆ Gentle flow. Deep rest ⋆
Unwind is an ONLINE Yoga session that blends gentle, flowing movement with deep rest.
Each class will include:
⋆ Soft, unhurried movement to ease the body
⋆ Gentle flow, followed by restful poses
⋆ Simple breath awareness
⋆ A longer, supported savasana to help you fully settle
The movement is slow and accessible, with options throughout.
This isn’t a strong or fast-paced class, and there’s no pressure to push or perform.
Unwind is especially supportive if:
⋆ You’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, or a bit frazzled
⋆ Your body feels stiff, achy, or held tight
⋆ You want to move, but in a way that feels kind and grounding
⋆ You’re craving deeper rest at the end of the day
This 4-week block offers a gentle rhythm - a weekly pause where movement helps you let go, and rest comes more easily.
Just come as you are, and allow yourself to settle and rest.
