Hi everyone, so I was completely unaware that this page was offline, however we are now back (not that we ever went anywhere 😂)
Merlin has been doing a great job holding down the fort at Pembrokeshire Osteopathy whilst I have been on maternity leave with my second little boy Ellis.
I am excited to let you all know that I am back in the clinic on Tuesdays and Merlin will continue on Mondays and Thursdays!

The NICE guidance on managing chronic pain now recommends acupuncture, talking therapies like CBT and acceptance therapy, and exercise instead of pain medication.
