Hi everyone, so I was completely unaware that this page was offline, however we are now back (not that we ever went anywhere 😂)
Merlin has been doing a great job holding down the fort at Pembrokeshire Osteopathy whilst I have been on maternity leave with my second little boy Ellis.
I am excited to let you all know that I am back in the clinic on Tuesdays and Merlin will continue on Mondays and Thursdays!

The NICE guidance on managing chronic pain now recommends acupuncture, talking therapies like CBT and acceptance therapy, and exercise instead of pain medication. We are pleased to let you know that we are able to offer Podiatry, Osteopathy, Acupuncture and Counselling during the lockdown.

If you would like to make an appointment for any of these services then look up the practitioner in the service section of this page and call or message them directly. They will be able to talk about whether it is suitable for you to come for treatment at this time, book an appointment with you, and explain the covid procedures that will keep you safe during your visit.
