Blueberry, honey and chia seed muffins.
Chia seeds can be tricky to tolerate for some people resulting in bloating and constipation. Adding chia seeds to a liquid before adding them to meals or recipes them can help improve tolerance.
These muffins are jam packed with nutrients which can be particually useful in supporting and preventing low mood states. They are a great source of energy and were super quick to make!
