My pregnancy yoga classes are 50 minutes of gentle yoga flow suitable for all trimesters with 10 minute meditation. The class is very similar to a regular yoga class but postures are modified to support women during pregnancy.

We have had to change the event this Saturday so it’s just for grown ups now. Unfortunately I didn’t have any families sign up for the Parent and Child event but I did have requests for a regular yoga retreat afternoon instead. So if you would like to join us this Saturday there are a few spaces remaining.
