It has been a little minute since I had my teaching hat on! But here we go. Super excited to announce I'll be back at the lovely No.87 from the 14th of March.

This flow is aimed at anyone who needs to move their body. A complete beginner or Well practiced yogis can all benefit from this flow. The class will have a similar structure each week, working deeply with breath to release tensions and help with Nervous system regulation. We will move through our asanas with breath and take time in each one. The class will end with a guided meditation and a lovely savasana. Perfect to kick off a nice relaxing weekend.

Can't believe he's almost 7 months old !! I'm looking forward to getting back to teaching some yoga, making some crafts and cooking some delicious food.

Spending time in the woods is not optional for me... It's necessary. I love visiting the same places over different parts of the year to see how it grows and chances with the seasons. This place is pure magic and definitely on my top 5 list of forests in the world.
