Our reflexology memberships have been created to encourage regular moments of rest, reset and wellbeing throughout the year.

For £180 prepaid, you will receive:
• 3 reflexology treatments
• 1 treatment per month
• Valid over 3 months

Regular reflexology can help to support relaxation, reduce stress and tension, improve sleep quality and encourage overall balance and wellbeing — and many clients find the benefits build even more when treatments are enjoyed consistently.

Once your 3-month membership has come to an end, you are welcome to purchase another membership and continue your reflexology journey with us. There is no limit to how many memberships you can enjoy over time 👣

What Pedicures do we offer?

Dry Pedicure:
Perfect if you want clean, neat, polished feet without the fuss. Includes full cuticle work, hard skin removal and finished with your choice of gel polish.

Deluxe Pedicure:
For when you want to fully switch off.
Includes everything in our dry pedicure, plus a deeply nourishing foot mask and heated booties for that extra level of relaxation.

✨ And while the booties are doing their magic, you can choose to enjoy a relaxing head or hand massage… because why not make it a proper moment for you.

✨ If you simply enjoy a soak, you can add a foot spa onto your dry pedicure for a little extra relaxation before your treatment begins.

At Sacred Roots, we take a less is more approach. Rather than overworking the skin in one session, Lennon carefully builds the brow shape using natural, hair-like strokes, placing only what’s needed at that stage.

Your perfecting session at 6–8 weeks is where we refine — adding any extra strokes, adjusting density, and perfecting the overall finish once the skin has healed.

This approach allows:
• A softer, more natural result
• Better healed outcomes
• Time for you to adjust to your new brows

It’s all about creating brows that feel like you — just enhanced.
