Behind every therapy session is a real human being and I think it’s important you get to know the person you’re sitting across from. I’m Lauren, a psychologist and the founder of Maple Leaf Therapy. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), but at the heart of everything I do is connection.
