Improving your fertility takes a whole body approach.

The reproductive system needs the support of the whole body in order to function. When supporting fertility clients I look at:

🍎immune health
🍎Digestive health
🍎 Gut health
🍎 liver function
🍎 thyroid function
🍎 blood sugar regulation
🍎 adrenal function

When we look at the whole picture first and support whole body health it in turn supports your reproductive health.

Do you want to get started on improving your reproductive health?

That’s a scary thought.

It’s PCOS awareness month. This was something I wasn’t aware of until recently so I wanted to share. Sustained high oestrogen levels without the progesterone to level it out due to long cycles / anovulatory cycles can cause this to occur.

Not only are women with PCOS dealing with the daily and cyclical symptoms but the increased risk of cancer and cardiovascular diseases.

Getting hormones back in balance is critical here 🥑🍎
