R&R Therapies with Jay - Reflexology & Reiki Reflexology and REiKi treatments with Jay. Rest and Relax... Hi my name is Jay, I live in Penarth
I am a qualified reflexologist and reiki practitioner.

I studied at UWIC (now Cardiff Met) in 2009
I have been supporting people in a Clinical/Palliative care environment since 2014, spending 5 years with the NHS at Velindre Cancer Centre and in 2018 I joined St David’s Hospice Care in Newport providing complementary therapies for symptom control and end of life care. It is a privilege to working so closely with such vulnerable people, moving forward into 2022, I want to offer support to my community, providing therapies for a variety of conditions, for general wellbeing or simply for that well deserved time out. I’m excited to be joining Jenny at the Best of You Clinic in Penarth.
