🎃 Halloween’s Coming Up – and Llandough Knows Their Spooky Facts! 👻

With Halloween coming up, our Honky Horn Quiz took a spooky twist with a theme all about things that go bump in the night! 🕸️

Our clever quiz teams showed off their frightfully good knowledge — and our winning team were masters at bagging those bonus points! 🏆🧠

We were also joined by Rob Jones from the NHS Live Well Age Well team, who shared information about their fantastic courses designed to help us stay fit and well as we age.

This October, our MenoPals Sully group enjoyed an informative session with Jo Crovini, Nutritional Therapist, all about supporting hormone wellbeing through nutrition.
